Start feeding her slightly less, and if you're worried about worms, take her to the vet and have her checked out

First check Kizzy doesn't have worms, your vet will help. Second feed Kizzy a set amount of food at set times. When Kizzy bugs you for more food, be strong and ignore the bugging. Kizzy will get the message very quickly that she doesn't get fed on demand.

After you've checked for worms...and if the cat doesn't have them...
Think about the lion pride....Is kizzy the alpha of the group???
then that's the way it going to be unless you intervene.
you may want to feed her separately from the others..
like put her food dish in the bathroom close the door on her. then feed the others...don't let Kizzy out until the others are finished.

First off, if you believe the cat might have parasites, take a stool sample to the vet. In 5 minutes, you'll have your answer.
If she's eating and not gaining weight, their could be a problem endocrynology wise such as diabetes. Or she could be bored and just wants to eat. Ask your vet the proper amount of food she should be being fed, then just feed her that amount, no more no less. If she still seems constantly hungry without weight gain, she'll need some more testing.
Watch for increased water drinking too. That's a good indication of a problem.

This is a common problem in black cats this time of year. Kizzy is not being greedy, she is just Trick-or-Treating.

It's acting like a little child does. A child knows if it badgers mummy/daddy long enough they will give in. If Kizzy is miaouing for food, makes sure it has access to water and a little dried food at all times but hold back on feeding everytime it asks. Giving it food at regular times throughout the day (depending on age) should be enough. Cats don't need seconds/extra/more. My 16 week kitten has cottoned onto my husband coming home from work and giving him a "little treat cos I missed him today!!" or so he says! lol Now, as soon as the key is in the door, our kitten legs it to his bowl and waits for "daddy" to feed him, even if I've just given him his evening meal. Just like our 8 year old son does really!!!!!

Hi well your cat should be wormed regularly but some cats are just greedy cats...however this is not a reason to overfeed even if she wants more...feed her according to her condition...if she's putting on the pounds then maybe a new cat food that is a *Light Diet* cat food...she will get the ammount she wants but it shouldn't make her fat...other than tat it will mean keeping her to a set amount even if she's not a happy kitty with the measure...Regards Jake

Scheduled meal times are good, & controlled portions (same each time). Maybe she actually needs more food? Be careful about the worms, make sure you check carefully. If she has any fleas she will probably have them. Watch her weight! Good luck!

only put her food down for a certain length of time. if she doesnt eat it all tough. she will learn
also reduce the ammount of food you feed her gradually.
as for the worms check her poop and take her to the vet for a check up and the will tell you if she has them or not and advise you on which tablets to give her ect.

Get worm treatment from your vet to be on the safe side; petshop stuff is absolutely usesless. If she still eats voraciously, just give her more to eat; perhaps she needs more food.
