How can I become more relaxed when I am with my gf. I am always uptight and nervous because I am going through so many difficult problems right now and my gf thinks I am taking it out on her. I am not trying to do that and I don't want her to feel like I am so what can I do. I would love toi talk to her about my troubles but I do not know how to tell her to where she will understand. Can anyone help me?

i understand where your coming from. ive been through this kinda stuf with my hubby, where he gets all irritated and nasty with me cause he doesnt know how to talk about his problems/feelings. so your not alone. i would start off by approaching her and saying basically that you want to tell her how you feel and whats going on with you. but that you dont really know how to get it out and that you are gonna try your best to open up to her. then ask her to please be patient with you, because its hard and your new to this whole opening up thing. i think that right there will be great, she will see that you are trying, and she will love you for it. it will really help you get closer. also when your talking try to start with things like "i feel " this, or "i get so frustrated/mad/sad when this happens"... things like that. but most importantly just give it a try! its taken awhile for my husband, and it has been a process and sometimes we fight a little over it, but at least i know hes trying. which means hes growing and becoming a better person! one of the things i love most about him! good luck!

Just come right out and tell her. She will be relieved to know that it is not anything that she is doing wrong. If she loves you she will want to support you through any tough time. That's what a relationship is all about. This is something that can make your relationship stronger. If she can stand by you all the way and love you this might be the help you need to overcome your troubles. Good luck to you, I hope life works out for you.

YOu need to trust her and trust yourself. You are probably afraid she will judge you if you tell her all your problems. This is common, because women really don't want to be with someone that has more issues than she does. If you think she is the one for you, then you need to open up and let her inside a little bit. IF you can't do that you are going to have a tough road regardless of who you date. Further, have confidence in yourself. don't be afraid of what she thinks of you. You cannot control that anyway.

Just be your self and talk to her don't leave her in the dark that will drive you further apart. Tell her you are not sure how to explain yourself then do the best you can. Most important TALK TO HER
