Get her an art project. Get her a ceramic bowl (they're like 50 cents) and get her some paints and let her decorate her own bowl. Get her a scrapbook or something else like that. Tons of stuff out there--I'm sure there's something she'd like to do.

Depending how strong you are, kayaking to the Cook's Monument was a thrill for us.
You might was to sign up for a snorkling cruise as well.
