Tea is the oldest beverage in the world, there are many different sorts, just visit a Chinese supermarket to see what i mean. It has medicinal properties but like ginseng nobody seems to know exactlay what, but if the chinese people think it,s medicinal then it,s ok with me. They are the oldest civilistion in the world and very wise.

Usually little-no calories without sugar or milk. At 20-50 calories for some sugar I guess.

not a lot - maybe some calcium if you use milk and some energy if you sugar - but not much else.
