I've occasionally had a Colorado Bulldog served with a small nut in the glass. The nut is dark on the outside and light on the inside. It's approximately the size of a small marble. What kind of nut is this?

any nut will do but you have to use two just like the back side of a real bulldog

I have seen several recipes for this they ware all the same and none had nuts in it.
