I was really upset with an ex.bf who tried to hit on me and tried to pull down my pants he was drunk and we were both at my friends party and I called my bf crying and my bf went to his house picked up a bat and messed up my ex bf. car and had my ex.bf ruffed up.I did not ask my bf to do this !and feel really bad my ex.bf thinks i had something to do with this and will not stop calling.My bf is a hot headed Italian guy from brooklyn and a little bit protective of me(the jersey girl) i dont think he ment any real harm .

Sounds like you really know how to pick'em, huh?
Your boyfriend screwed up. You might be questioned if it came down to your ex filing a compliant, but you can counter charge him with invasion of privacy and sexual assault and harrassment if he does. Then you'll have some leverage to make him drop any charges. So maybe he's a prick, but do you blame him for calling you over and over after your boyfriend probably cost him $thousands??? What would you expect?
How could he not mean any REAL HARM? He took a baseball bat and went with the INTENTION of trashing your ex's car? Sounds like he meant it to me... that's pre-meditated. That was his mistake.

He's got assault and destruction of private property written all over him. On the other hand, the ex calling you constantly puts him up for harrassment. I'd get away from both of those pyschos. If this boyfriend has that much disrespect for somebody he doesn't even know imagine what he'll do to you. So far you seem to be in the clear. I'd probably not say anything, not do anything not talk to anybody for a while so you STAY in the clear. Both these guys sound like real AH's.

You can't control him...you can call the police and get a restraining order. and yes, hunnie, your bf did mean to harm the person upsetting his girlfriend...
