Look at the disasterous "Oil for Food" program. That scandal should have led to some heads rolling at the UN, but it's just business as usual. They issue a ton of sanctions which are a total joke, and they refuse to even back up their own resolutions. Oh, and let's not forget that their "security forces" are made up of a lot of baby rapsits...

the UN lost it's credibility a long time ago, but it reinforced that notion with it's stance over Iraq and Afghanistan

We better hope not, they're currently stopping a major civil war in Congo, stabilizing lebanon, and they're the Bush Administration's only tool for taking on Iran and North Korea.
They're also feeding billions of hungry people who would die without the aid.

The little it had - most definitely.
And it has not helped that Georgie came to town and spouted such bizarre brazen lies in such a nonsensical manner that it stunned normal people into silence and made it difficult to get an appropriate response from the intelligent crowd.

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It is a very corrupt organization with the food for oil program with Iraq and failure to honor any of it's resolutions.
