My obvious answer is that it contained dill, which is a popular and very complementary herb to use when cooking fish. If you're not able to find what you're looking for, you might want to try this. It's easy and even though I don't care much for fish, this is dee-lish! It might be a new twist on an old favorite and become a new favorite. Tilapia with Macadamia Nut Crust 4 Tilapia filets (can use fresh or frozen, just thaw frozen before preparation) 3/4 cup fresh lime juice 3/4 cup bread crumbs 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro (minced) 4 tablespoons melted butter or margarine pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Marinate filets in lime juice for about 15 minutes. Combine bread crumbs, nuts, cilantro and pepper in mixing bowl. Mix in 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Pour remaining butter into baking dish. Remove filets from lime juice and place in baking dish. Turn to coat with butter. Spoon crust mixture on top of filets, covering evenly. Press topping gently to adhere. Bake filets 20 minutes or until they flake easily with fork. Bon appetit!

Montreal Steak. If you whisk a bunch into some extra-virgen olive oil with soy sauce, you end up with this really delicious marinade. It's excellent when you're in a hurry and don't want to bother with making a fancy sauce and such.

Since a lot of them are single spice products, I'll go for an added level of complexity....

How about any of the chili powders, and Montreal Steak?
