The mass air flow sensor has a double function in this vehicle which are measure the air flow amount and check the temperature of the air flow.
So the answer will be that the IAT sensor is integrated in the MAF sensor which is located next to the air filter element in the hose that connect the intake manifold and the air filter housing.
It is very expensive by the way (about US$$ 250.00 )

You Know that is about the best question Nissan I have had all day I looked at 1994 and could not find a Intake Air Temp sensor. Then consulted the servive manual did not find a IAT. There is a Temp sensor for EGR valve. Also note there is no code for a ITA it probably does not use IAT so engine temp is how it computes fuel mixture.
