Man is a manifestation of God. Man arises from God and dissolves back into God. It is like a wave on the ocean, which arises and then sinks back into the deep water.

God manifests as man and everything else. But really, though, how could man become God? Once man becomes God, once he dissolves into that infinity, he is no longer man, there is no trace of him remaining.
Like water droplets to the ocean, we're all going home.

Many religions teach that man can become "god" or that "god is already in you and you just need to realize it. The Bible says there is one God, the creator of all things. And that God came to earth as a man, Jesus. And Jesus died for the sins of the world and rose again from the dead (proving He was God). And whoever believes in Him, God will live in them.
You can't become a God, but you can have God in you!

joeg,"God dwells within you as you". It's just a matter of awakening to what you already are,for most it is a long process over many lifetimes. One goes from a level of ignorance,over a bridge of Law,"sin","cause & effect" or "karma", to a level of Grace then into union with God. One goes through baptism with water in one life or the other then you need to pray for a saint who can baptize with spirit and with fire. JESUS is not the only one to have this power. yes, Start eliminating all that is bad and evil in thoughts and deeds in you be good and good only , love all and love everything and do no harm to others even in your dreams ,help others to your best.
