It could be some complicated medical decease, but in the end your body might just be slowing down due to lack of activity. Now you said you bike everyday, but how much do you exert yourself. I have noticed that if I go for a good exerting jog in the morning, I have more energy all day and end up staying up latter at night. When I don't run in the morning I feel like sitting on my arrse all day and end up falling asleep early. So you might try some physically exerting activity in the morning.

Well the foundations have modified final yr as good, however the the reply is reasonable pageant. Goodyear and NASCAR made a deal a couple of again to furnish such a lot of tire in line with race and Goodyear has been ready to provide. On a aspect notice the groups now not acquire the tires from Goodyear. They honestly hire the tires from NASCAR throughout the race weekend. After the race they must go back all tires, and will probably be fined and free aspects if they do not.

It's not a case of a daily nap. In my case the doctors couldn't come up with an answer for a very long time. they thought that I had Chronic Fatigue Syndrom. It turns out that I actually had sleep Apena. Fingding that out and getting the Cpap Machine has given me my life back and I am no longer tired all the time! I would sugguest that if the tiredness or fatigue continue, go see your doctor. There are many reason, and usually they can be fixed! Good Luck!

I think you may have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It affects many people, predominantly women in their thirties and forties. There are some treatments for CFS, but you need to see your doctor.
Another thing it could be is something to do with your thyroid. Once again, a doctor would be able to administer a test to see if your thyroid is functioning above or below the normal level.
One more thing, and it sounds simple, but do you sleep with your husband or boyfriend or partner or whatever in the same bed every night? I know my quality of sleep decreased since I moved in with my boyfriend (he's a snorer, bless his heart), and even after 8 hours of sleep, I sometimes still don't feel rested if he was snoring or moving around a lot the night before. You may want to look into one of those new Sleep Number beds that cut down on the movement factor.

You should go to your doctor for a blood test, you may be anemic which cauess (among other things) lethargy. Even though you are taking "iron" you may not be absorbing it prpperly or may be missing another nutrient vital for it's absorption and use
Another factor could be deficiency of B vitamins - "One a day" is a fairly cheap, generic vitamin , one step above worthless and . not the best choice
Stress and inadequate rest could also be causing your lethargy
Unless you are 50 or older, I doubt that it is your age ....
