Here's another one:
Homemade Shake 'n Bake
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cracker crumbs or cornmeal
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon basil
Cooking oil
Combine dry ingredients and shake together in a jar. When ready to use, brush chicken with oil and place in bag with enough mix to coat. Shake until well coated.
Bake according to standard recipe, or at 375 F. for 35-45 minutes or until done.

Serves: 4-6
Prep. Time: 0:30 - 0:55
2/3 cup crushed plain corn flakes
1 Tbls. all-purpose OR whole wheat flour
1 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried minced onion OR 1/4 tsp. granulated onion
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. ground mustard seed
1 dash granulated sugar
1 Tbls. vegetable oil
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces
-Shake together first 7 ingredients in a large sealable plastic bag.
-Drizzle oil over dry mixture; seal bag and shake to mix.
-Shake chicken pieces, 1 - 2 piece at a time, in mixture.
-Place coated chicken on an ungreased baking sheet.
-Bake chicken in a 400 degree oven until juices run clear, about 20 minutes for boneless chicken and 45 minutes for bone-in chicken.

1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon minced onion
1 pinch dried basil leaves
1 pinch dried parsley
1 pinch dried oregano
DIRECTIONS
In a large resealable plastic bag combine the crumbs, oil, salt, paprika, celery salt, pepper, garlic salt, minced garlic, minced onion, basil, parsley and oregano. Seal bag and shake all ingredients together.

SHAKE 'N BAKE® Coconut Shrimp
2/3 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted
1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Chicken Seasoned Coating Mix
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1 egg
1 lb. cleaned shrimp (16 to 20 count)
Orange-Curry Dip (Optional)
Mango-Ginger Dip
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Toss coconut with combined coating mix, curry powder and ground red pepper in pie plate. Beat egg in separate pie plate.
DIP shrimp into egg, then into coating mixture, pressing shrimp into coating mixture to evenly coat both sides. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
BAKE 10 to 12 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through. Serve with dips as desired.
