wondering what to eat, or use to make my skin look healthier. any suggestions would be great thanks

Drink water every day...At least a quart....add garlic to your diet....(pill form)

Fruits like apples, kiwis, bananas. Avocado, lettuce, green veggies, carrots. Eggs are also very good for the skin. Eat less sugar and white flour, plus no processed foods. Increase fiber and drink plenty of water. Exercise is also key because it promotes lymphatic drainage which takes the puffiness out of skin. An excess of sugars will inflame the skin.

Fruits and vegetables, lean meats, and water. Basically try to eat foods that are the least processed, meaning less chemicals added to them. Be sure to also moisturize everyday and get plenty of exercise.

i had trouble skin for the longest time. i recommend a grainy but not extremely abrasive face wash, something along the lines of Ponds. but as long as its not too abrasive, there ya go. and always remember to put a face lotion on. when you wash your face, and dont moisturize it, your skin gets dried out, so it makes more oil to compensate for the dryness. the result, more acne and really oily skin. to finish off, i use oxy on trouble spots, and it works overnight for most of them. but, again, remember to moisturize because any "overnight" zit stuff will dry your skin really bad. good luck, i hope this is helpful
