Ive only had one removed. My other three came in just fine, The only reason why you would remove a "perfectly good tooth" is because wisdom teeth are very hard to reach and clean so it is possible they can start to decay.

No, it is perfectly normal to not have the same number of wisdom teeth on each side. I strongly recommend that you get the lower left wisdom tooth removed. If you don't, it can shift your other teeth, cause an infection, or it can be very painful. Schedule an appointment with your dentist who can recommend a good oral surgeon. If your other wisdom tooth should cause you a problem in the future, you can have that one removed too. Most people think that it is better to save a trip to the surgeon than go more than once, but the truth is, would you rather be in pain or have damage to your teeth or would you rather pay money twice to have them removed?

I had to have 3 removed. I told them just to take all 4. Like the person above said, get it over with in case you have problems later. I would ask about the other 2 teeth first, are they grown out are still under the skin? What are the chances of them becoming impacted it they haven't broke through yet?

I'd have them both removed. The other wisdom tooth may cause you problems later and there's no sense in having to make two trips for wisdom teeth. I had all of mine taken out a few months ago and I'm glad I did.

If I had a good non-impacted tooth I would keep it, as long is it wouldn't effect the straightness of my teeth. If it won't make my teeth crooked to keep it, then why have to pay more and suffer more to get a perfectly good tooth removed?

I would have all 4 done at the same time. Problem w/ wisdom teeth is that they are not perfectly good teeth. Wisdom teeth lack enamel and can therefore cause many problems down the road and you'd have to haveit pulled anyways. Get them all over and done with at the same time, as well as only dealing with the pain once.

Have your dentist inform you of their opinion. I thought my wisdom teeth wouldn't be a bother to me, however, I had one to become infected to the point of blood poisioning, so ask your dentist, I can tell you from experience that impacted teeth are not nice, they are painful and can be nasty to deal with.
