Your height and weight sound about right - If it is a weight that you have maintained for sometime without a recent drastic loss.
If you are uncertain or feel that you have food "issues", best check with a therapist who specializes with eating disorders
That having been said, exercising and only drinking water are acutally quite healthy and good habits and ones of which you should be proud provided that you are not consumed and obsessed with exercise and engaging in more than an hour - 1.5 or so a day
Eating once a day is not such a great habit and is probably slowing down your metabolism and not doing your health any favors but unless you are only eating something like an apple a day or a similiar miniscuel amount, it is not uncommon . Many folks eat only once a day ... It;s not healthy by any means but certainly not uncommon
ps I am 5'4, 37 years old weight 110 , eat around 1600 calories a day spread out through 4 - 5 meals and snacks and work out 4-6 times a week

Do you avoid eating additional meals because you are afraid that you will blow up like a baloon? Do you exercise obsesssively, & do you get upset if you miss one or two days of exercise? Do you try to make up for a lost day of exercise by working out twice as much the next day? Do you run to the scales soon after eating, or exercising? Do you panic, when you discover a minor weight gain, & go exercise more, & eat a smaller meal next time?
Are you checking yourself in the mirror, and/or taking measurements looking for hints of a slight gain in body fat?
Do you feel you are depriving yourself a lot, & missing some enjoyment out of meals, but still you believe it's all worth it?
Do you discuss your body with others, looking for validation that they think you are thin?
If you can answer yes to more than one of these questions, then you may want to rethink your ways of doing things in the areas identified in the questions. If you answered yes to most or all of the above, then you could be sufferiing from an eating disorder, but you'll need to see your doctor to be sure of a thing like that.
Eating only one meal a day alone is not a reason to get alarmed. It would be healthier to eat several smaller meals, or snacks throughout the day rather than just one large meal at one point in the day.
Exercise in moderation is also no reason for concern, it's just when it gets out of hand that you want to get worried.
Being aware of your weight, vs your height is OK also, but nobody should be fretting constantly over their weight, & running to the scales more than once a week to monitor it. Making a direct connection between body image & weight can be a sign of an unhealthy approach to weight management.

Any nutritionist or doctor will advise you against eating only once/per day. You are cheating your body out of nutrients and energy. The water thing is excellent. In fact Everyone should drink more water. But you should be eating three meals a day at a minimum. You can even eat more if you make the meals smaller.

Its not healthy to only eat once per day, you should try 3 meals or several small meals throughout the day but drinking water and exercising is great for you. i dont think it is an eating disorder though...just poor eating habits.

everything is great exept you only eat once a day. you are putting your body through a lot of stress. you don't have to eat a lot but you need to eat at least 3 small meals a day. your body is not getting the nutrients it need to function properly. it will result in mal-nutrition and possibly even some organ failures. you may not technically have a eating disorder but you are not being healthy.

Eating: To consume
Disorder: A lack of order.
"Eating disorder" shouldn't really be the right words to describe this situation.
You should know the answer to this question regardless.
Denial is not a river in Egypt. and starving yourself to be thin... well that is just vain and stupid. Not really a disorder. I believe you have your neurosis quite in order actually...

yes...you do. I used to be in your shoes....then it went from that to much worse!! Then when i got help i gained about 50 pounds and had to start all over!! But i did it with eating right and working out everyday. Now all is good. But i think you may be heading down a bad road! Trust me...it's definitely NOT worth it. And also ....if people are saying stuff to you, and it is getting on your nerves....that is a SURE sign, that you do have a problem!
Its definitely easier to get help early....it just gets worse later!

Your size and weight do not indicate whether you have an eating disorder or not. Judging from your BEHAVIOR, yes, you have an eating disorder and you need help. Also, if you think no, you shouldn't have asked the question....this further reinforces it.

It depends on why you're only eating once a day. Are you just not hungry or are you obsessed with your weight? But you're definatley at a healthy and thin size right now.
