Approximately 280 tiles but normally you would buy them in boxes of a square meter per box ( 14 boxes ) , and what ever you do, buy them all at once so they are all from the same batch and have the same code and colour numbers on them, if you buy them one box at a time over a long period they will not be IDENTICAL so you will have problems putting them up.

Assuming no grout line the number of tiles would be 623 (also assuming no breakage or allowance for cutting and/or errors. I would probably get about 630 or so to be safe. You can generally take them back if you don't use them (at least Home Depot takes them back for store credit).

14/ 0,15 x 0,15 = 622 pcs.
I agree with Jayktee96, but in my opinion 10 %, is to much for allowance, because you must consider the spaces between the tiles too.
