Try to cut the junk out of your diet. I know, I used to be there. I used to turn to easy, quick foods like pizza, or go through a drive-thru when I had a craving.

But, it's no way at all to live. Try picking up fresh veggies at your market. Raw vegetables are an excellent snack, and they're very good for you.

A handful of pretzels, or peanuts, or something is also a good way to fill you up. Carbohydrates are NOT necessarily bad for you. In fact, they are your body's preferred source of energy. You've just got to make sure you're eating good carbs, and not bad ones.

Ex:

French fries are BAD carbs.

Ex:

A baked potato with no sour cream and very little butter is GOOD carbs.

Usually, people who have fast food at their fingertips tend to choose unhealthy stuff.

I know right now, since you're used to eating fatty foods that are bad for you, you're going to miss them once you start to fill yourself up with things that are actually good for you. But, once you start to get used to eating healthy, all those bad things you used to eat will not even taste good anymore.

:) Hope this helps!

Dont worry you are not the only one who feels that way. I dont blame you fatty foods are good. But, you need to take care of yourself. When you get hungry, instead of eating something unhealthy instead eat a fruit or do something. there are good foods out there that are good and healthy, just try. And also dont be thinking about food so much, we all get hungry but not all day long. And if that is the case, like I said buy fruits, healthy bars, and that will calm your appetite down.

I don't know about which foods fill you up the most. I heard something once about people who eat a lot. You've gotten so used to that, that your stomach is stretched to make room for more food. If you sorta fast or eat very moderately for a few days then your stomach will shrink back up & less food will make you feel full.

I'm like that to. But I practice a lot of sports and I walk a lot and I don't gain weight. And I will keep doing that till I'll be 50.
Be active! And eat whatever you want! Life is to short for diets!

Reduced Fat peanut butter on anything from toast to apples will fill you up and give you plenty of protein. Also almonds with oranges are super good and lots of vitamin C.
