Just get loads of veg lentils and beans, or a little of what you fancy. Put it in a pot and cook for 40mins with different herbs spices, sauces etc...the best bit is it doesn't have to a specific recipe just be inventive with your ingredients and things you need to use up. I add horseraddish sauce, mustard and allsorts in fact (not the liquorice sweets). You will be supised what goes together. Happy eating!!!!

Tator Tot Casserole (I'm not kidding)
Brown hamburger drain
Mix with one can of cream of celery or one can of cream of mushroom or both
layer tator tots, meat mixture, green beans and cheese in casserole dish, bake on 375 for 45 minutes or until tator tots are hot
Hint, use lots of cheese... ie.. tots, cheese, meat, cheese ,beans, cheese, tots...etc.
Sounds weird but it is so good... Is also good using left over turkey from thanksgiving in place of hamburger.
