Go and live in a Naturist Camp, and buy Fairtrade Coffee - save all the money you would have spent on clothes - and send a large monthly donation to Oxfam. Dispense with a car and always walk ro the grocery store. Recycle all your spent coffee bags and jars. Buy coffee cups that were handpainted by people who use their feet because they have no arms.
Every time you have a drink, there will be a huge grin on your face. Because Fairtrade Coffee is usually Very Good and you will know you have been helping the World.

Fair trade and avoid starbucks, I've heard (not totally sure of validity of rumour) that they pay female prison inmates in some states 85 cents an hour to do a lot of their factory type work instead of actually hiring people and paying decent wages. I would hit up local copy shops instead.

Sorry to burst your tree hugging bubble kids but fair trade is nothing more than a scam invented by various suppliers/vendors to trick dimwits into paying more for the same items because they think they're buying them with a social conscience.

A serious answer
Assuming you are referring to fair trade coffee
Either buy it from your local supermarket so it encourages them to stock and promote it
Or buy it from somewhere like Oxfam so they get all the profit.
Both are better than buying coffee which is not fair trade
