Who will down-grade the humanity in the near future?

They all have their benefits and downfalls. I feel Islam and Christian/Catholic belief are the most dangerous because they preach prejudice and violence against others who don't believe as they do.
Atheists are harmless because they use science as a tool not an emotionally based theology.
Hindus and Buddhist are pacifists no harm there and are more willing to accept the differences of others.
Judaic-Cristian beliefs have caused the slaughter of millions under the premise of because God said so; a God that is supposed love and cherish and create would do no such thing.

Religions will not downgrade humanity but the humans will. None of the above religions are dangerous, but the poeple who claim to follow religions create problems in the world by thinking what they believe in is greater than what others believe in. This can only be eliminated by learning to respect each others beliefs.

All religions are extremely dangerous to humanity and unless everyone wakes up to this fact I am afraid there is not much hope for the world

Fundamentalists of all stripes are dangerous. Right now Islam is the most violent but I think that is more to do with the social political climate and the conditions they are living under. In fact, I think politics and religion have become a duality and a nasty mix at that.

Humans will "downgrade" humanity in the near future, as humans have done in the recent and distant past alike. (I put your word in quotes because I'm quoting your misunderstanding. Humans have consistently been of one grade: fallen sinners.) Humans will do this by being unprotected from the enemy of God.
All manner of people--Muslims, Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, agnostics, atheists, Taoists, Shintoists, Jews, pagans, satanists, et al.--will continue offering evidence that this is a fallen world, that we are all sinners, and that we cannot save ourselves.
The good news is that there is One who offers protection from the enemy of God, and his name is Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of the almighty Father. May you seek and find him, so that you may become girded from the very thing that you fear.

Religion as a whole is dangerous to humanity. There are a lifetime of war and killings based on the name of religion. Religion sucks.

Religion is no more dangerous for humanity than race or gender is. It's our attitude to religion which does the damage.

To answer the question I think that every religion is wrong in some way or another and it will be the combination of all of these that brings humanity down.

It's intolerance of religion and of other people's cultures that is the most dangerous thing threatening humanity at the moment.
