Just do it man, shyness really sucks, best way to get over it is just doing it then you'll feel about more confident on the next.
Don't fear rejection, a good boxer will go into the ring knowing he has a chance to lose the fight, picture this as you asking a women out.
Don't do the talking too much, let her do some, no good being 1 sided.
If all goes wrong... there's always drink lol =p

just ask her... if the girl likes too, she'll say yes. If she doesnt...move on to the next girl. Start with a SMILE.
Day 1: smile
Day 2: say hi
Day 3: ask what's ur name...
if u really need time for slow introduction :)
just be brave and go up to them n talk. Girls like boys who are shy but also brave enough to start a conversation. :)

Maybe if u know what she drives.. U can leave her little notes about u likeing her and want to go out with her.. Leaving a flower.. a rose of course.. something like that. That usually gets thier attention!!! The little things mean more! Good luck to u

Just be yourself and don't try to act like someone you aren't. Girls like a guy that knows how to have fun and be themselves at the same time. So just approach them with respect and not a line.

Dont put so much pressure on yourself. Just ask her if she wants to hang out.. then hang out again a couple times, once you get a good feel that she likes you too then ask her if she would consider letting you be her boyfriend. Dont stress it.

Just put on your "come hither" look and say, "hey baby, how about a hot date?" No, jk lol. Girls hate that. *slaps self* im sorry. Just tell her that you really like her, (and dont say much about her looks, tell her how great her personality is, it will make you seem not shallow) and that you would like to date her. If she wants to, then she will. If not then she won't. Good luck dude!

Be a good guy, be a gentleman and greet them when you see them. If you are shy, they will know and if they like you too, they will help you through it. Be sincere of who you are, that's very important.

relax and be yourself. Have some confidence. Smile. And try sweet talkin them sometimes, I use that stuff all the time and they just eat it up. Compliments and such. If she likes you, cool, if not oh well you'll find someone else.

well that depends...are your friends with this girl now? if you are just hang out with her alone see if there are vibes if not then it's not a good idea. if there are vibes there....bring it up casually & try not to be too nervous girls like confidence, but not a**holes. Be yourself.
