When those morals and beliefs and customs are harmful to others, absolutely!!
For instance, we interfered with Jehovah's Witness beliefs, by making it illegal for them to refuse to allow their children to recieve blood in a medical emergency. And rightly so.
If someone's morals, beliefs, or customs require them to severely beat their children, you bet we need to interfere.
If they are repressive to any group, such as women, yes, we need to interfere!!
Need I continue??
