the word son does not mean son as we understand today. and John can say whatever he wants, he was just a preacher no more and no less.

All humans are children of God, He is the Father of our Spirits.

Note: Jesus in the "only begotten in the flesh" meaning he is the only one who had a God as a literal father of His body.

One begotten Son, conceived by God through the Immaculate Conception and delivered by Mary via the Virgin Birth.

Many created sons and daughters.

allah say in Qoran:

قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ

Say (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)): "He is Allâh, (the) One. (Al-Ikhlas 112:1)

اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ

"Allâh-us-Samad (The Self-Sufficient Master, Whom all creatures need, He neither eats nor drinks). (Al-Ikhlas 112:2

لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ

"He begets not, nor was He begotten; (Al-Ikhlas 112:3)

وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ كُفُوًاأَحَدٌ

"And there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him." (Al-Ikhlas 112:4)

First GOD dose not have A son ,There is not GOD but ONe GOD.He has no son .He is Almight GOD
