depends on what you put in it. black coffee is typically calorie free, but has any of the beneficial antioxidants, tannins, etc that make people say that coffee is good (filtered coffee that is). anything you add in then is what's going to add the calories and other nutritional components - sugar, whipping cream, chocolate, etc. which is why those delicious frappaccinos are a quick way to die
