Certainly there are countries with good satellite and imaging techs and they certainly have the data...only due to diplomatic and other concerns they don't talk about it openly.
When governments spend billions on Tech, spying etc ,,,,its beyond what you can think.

They can, but it does no good, they know when any sat is in range and keep the good stuff hidden indoors. Also, why do you think almost all their test flights are at night.

they don't have satellites over that area. the usa won't allow them.
