Decapitation

As much as it sucks, there is no quick way to get rid of one. You can take something OTC, that'll make it go away a little quicker. The best things you can do are avoid constant moisture on it, and keep orange juice off of it. You can also take lysine 1000mg 3xs a day. Anything with lysine in it will also help.

If you can find some, look for silver nitrate sticks. One touch with silver nitrate solves the cold sore problem.

Use medications like Abreva as soon as possible.

keep it dry, camphopenic (not sure if that is spelled right),
take L-Lysine (vitamin, helps heal and prevent)
Otherwise, once it starts healing I put on some neosporin to help speed the process. May the force be with you!
(I hate them, painful and ugly!!!)
