I like it. I remember "Crispin" from the St. Crispin's day speech Henry V delivered before the battle of Agincourt in Shakespeare's play.

Crispin Glover. He's an actor. And the name makes me think of Crispix cereal.

Crispin Freeman is one of my favorite voice actors!!!! He did the voices for Balmung in .hack and Regal in Tales of Symphonia!!! So yeah, I've heard of it...but in all honesty, I giggled when I first heard of the name. I think carefully before naming your son this. It's an easy name to make fun of. If you think you'd curse yourself throughout life for not naming your kid Crispin but you really don't want him to be an easy target, make it his middle name.

I wanted to name my son that 13 years ago,but back then people frowned upon "different" names.So i named him Eden instead. But i really like Crispin!

Wasn't that name in Kindergarten Cop? I personally wouldn't choose it, but then again, I know some people probably don't like my kids names.

yes i have and i think its soooooooo open to teasing from other kids .sit and think of all the ways other kids could tease a kid having whatever name comes to mind. go thru the ones you really like and choose the one you feel wont get your child made fun of .if theyre teased for years theyll grow to hate the name nomatter how much you loved it when you gave it to them

Yes, I have...it is a cool name...but I would wonder if kids might make fun of it in the younger years...nick names and the sort. I kinda like it though. :)
