Okay, so I went to the bar/club last night. I was dancing, happily, alone, and this guy came up, and started dancing with me. That was okay; we were just doing a lot of twirls. Then he kissed me! Okay, so it's been a while since I've gone out, but is this okay? Do you just walk up and kiss random strangers?

He totally crossed the line. That kind of behavior can totally be considered sexual harassment, no matter if he thinks you were "leading him on" or "wanted it". He invaded your personal space and touched you in an inappropriate way that made you feel uncomfortable. Next time, be sure to keep some space between you and if he moves in, slap him and call for a bouncer to get him outta there!

In which country are you at the moment? I think he was being very daring. It also depends on how you were behaving, coz if he thought you were leading him on he might just be responding to that. If you were from different cultures, reading signals can be difficult. Either way, I would have to say he moved a little quickly if all you did was swirl with him on the dancefloor a bit...
