I have a freind that lives with her boyfreind, and ahe just told me that they have an illegal immigrant living with them, he was put in jail, and also in the immigrant holding facility, They let him out!! He lives with them now and she wants him out. The immigration authorites come by and check on him as well.

Why didn't he get deported when he got put in jail, especially if they know he's illegally here? Who can she contact? The authorities already know he's here illegally.! What in the world is up with that?

They practically get everything for free, and hard working low income families stuggle and have to beg to get a lil extra help I don't mind helping people out that need it and do it the LEGAL way. Seems that, our govt. doesn't seem to care this illegal is living here.....Don't you find it ironic? She could have him thrown out, she needs to go to JP court and file a FED, forcable entry and detainment form, and have him legally thrown out....

Some states are not enforcing the immigration law as strictly as others (like GA, PA, CO and now NC). I would continue to harrass ICE until they come get him. I would call my local PD, my state representatives and anyone else and let them know he's there. I wouldn't stop until he is deported.

If the immigration authorities do nothing, unfortunately no one will. 'We The People" can continue but, that's about all. Write a letter to your state legislator.

Well, they have the right to apply for residency and that's probably what he did... No government has right to deny that right to immigrants... he surely will not get it or he, himself won't continue on getting his resident card...

Maybe your friend need to move, or just tell the police she does not want him there anymore, amd they should escort him out. She wants him out because he is illegal or just doesn't like him?
