Jesus already condensed them for us:
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and your neighbor as yourself.
It cannot be better stated.

1. Love thyself.
2. Abuse no child thru word or deed.
3. Abuse no other thru word or deed.
4. All forms of mutually consensual love are to be cherished.
5. Consensual sex between consenting adults not otherwise committed to another is healthy.
6. Seek to understand and value the differences of others.
7. All forms of peaceful worship are holy.
8. Practice diplomacy between soverign nations.
9. Appreciate cultural differences.
10. Know that the Bible, Quran, and other "holy" texts are the words of man, not God.
That pretty much covers healthy morality while dropping the sanctification of discrimination, hate, and magical non-sense.
I'd like to know why anyone who follows such a belief system would be condemned to hell, but Christians and others tell me I am.

1) You will take responsibility for your own actions.
2) You will not whine about the little stuff.
3) You will not expect that your fame, your money, your family, your job, or your position in the church, the government, or in the company will shield you if you do something wrong. (OK, this could be covered by #1)
4) If you are capable of doing so, You will first try to improve your own lot in life before looking for the government to help you out.
5) You will consider the other person's position before making a decision.
6) You will listen twice as much as you talk.

good question
Make our world a better place to live for all of us
Treat others as they should be treated
Give for no reason other than to spread the Love / own your actions both beneficial and harmful and learn from them
all people need to serve at a place of worship to minister to others for at least 3 years as sentient adult (like military service laws)
all wage income laws must be a minimum liveable wage to feed yourself and family
education shall forever more be free as an adult, mandatory for children to at least be able to read, write and calculate in order to care for self
homelessness is against the Lord...take care of thyself and take in others who need help. all golf courses will be removed and housing built, wars stopped until there is enough housing for every last person
do not pray unless you have exhausted every last skill, ability, resource and option available first, pray for peace not for personal gain
all teens and adults will be taught a valuable trade skill of the day (give a fish they eat a day, teach to fish they eat for a lifetime)
mutual principles and ethical behavior is rule 1, inequality is an abomination, all ideas that we are better based on race, blood, country of origin, imaginary boundaries, nobility, sexuality, gender etc shall be eradicated. And if it harm none, do as ye will

As I understand it, only one person has the authority to rewrite what God has written, and that was His Son - He put all ten in one commandment, which is to love God and our neighbor. He said that will fulfill all the law, if we do that. It's only possible with the empowerment of the Holy Spirit.
