team effort, but blaming doesnt help. ask her what she wants you to do to make it better.

I don't care what anyone says it is not JUST up to the guy. If she's lying there not moving than she deserves not to have an orgasm... If this is really a problem in your relationship than maybe yuo guys should pick up some sex books and find some more fun and diffrent stuff to do. Plus she could get her hood pierced, it heals in a matter of days and the sex will be wonderful, make sure if she opts for it that she doesn't get it done through her cl*t because she may damage nerves and lose sensitivity (tell the piercer "hood" (little piece of skin above the cl*t). Also there is no shame in masterbating while you have sex... no one knows what you like better than yourself.

She is wrong! It takes 2 to tango. Its a joint effort. If both partners are completely into the act, then there should be no problem.
Both should be actively involved in pleasuring each other. If you are the only "player" in the team and she just lies there without moving and expects to have an orgasm, she's gonna be waiting a looong time.
Try to get her to be an active team player and get her to tell you what pleases her.

Well, you used the right word - "partner". You're a team and should work together for a common goal!
You should make sure you're doing your part to be generous and considerate in bed. If it's still a problem, try asking her to vocalize what she wants so that you can do it, and make sure you know her turn-offs, because everything else can be perfect, but one little thing can ruin it all if it's a major turn-off.
If it's still a problem, she just might not be "there" mentally or physically, and she shouldn't be blaming you for that.

I've never, ever blamed my BF for that. **one clause-If he gets all drunk and stupid but still tries to perform and it's very sloppy and I never really get off and sometimes I'm left unhappy because of the situation** but in a regular bedroom situation, it takes more for me to get there then him and I would say 70% of that is mental. Women need focus, breathing, touch, etc...to get us off. Men need warmth, moist sensations and they're good. If my mind wanders or I'm not focused, nothing will happen no matter what he's doing.

You're right.. the girl has to make it happen.. if you are doing your part she can't just lie there like a dead fish! Ask her what you should be doing differently.. if she doesn't know how are you supposed to!?

It's nobody's "fault". It's just not happening. She's responsible for telling you what works for her and you are responsible for doing the best you can to do what she requests.

She is completely wrong. The woman has to be responsible. The man can make it easier or harder, but let me assure you, if the man can't finish the job, I will!
