has 156 of them with an "M". About half are women, most of whom are under their married name, so there are really just 75 or so.
You can click on "Advanced" to limit the search to last residence = KS, NE, etc (you'll have to do it one state at a time)
or SSN Issued in {state}. Someone whose LR is Florida or Arizona but SSN Issued in KS is a possible for you - lots of midwesterners retire to warmer climates.
