My parents are getting ready to buy a house, but the garage has a very strong urine smell from 2 dogs from the previous owner. Is there an easy solution?

TSP. Tri sodium phospate. Should be able to get it at any hardware store. Wear gloves and be careful handling it. Just follow the directions on the box or jug.

This is also a popular way for people to clean concrete floors before they paint them. If the smell persists, get some Nature's Miracle from the pet store. Good luck!

NO NO NO

First, try bleach. Get a throwaway mop or TWO from the dollar store or wherever. Use a bucket of 1/2 bleach and 1/2 water.

If this does not work, go to walmart or lowes and get KILZ. It's a paint that 100% kills odors. It works great. My bio dad bought a house that reeked of stinky cats, smoke, pee, all kinds of suff. It got under the carpet and into the floorboards (of course) and the KILZ is the only thing that worked.

Go to the pet store or Wallyworld and get "Nature's Miracle" in the liquid form. Keep saturating the areas, hopefully that will do the trick.

No bleach.
Get Pet Force from http://www.frrco.com/121668
It can be used on multiple surfaces. You may have to use a few applications, but it will work.
