...when its the hols and you really need to get work done, but you cannot be bothered at all, and would rather be out drinking etc with mates, girlfs, boyfs etc??

I do!!! It's sooo bad and I feel guilty for not doin work but I just cant bring myself to! lol! Glad sum1 else is in the same boat!

You are letting things get on top of you. Take a chill pill. Tackle one thing at a time. As long as you finish what you need to do. Motto Work hard, play hard. Try by starting to get up early. Go for a jogg or a brisk walk. Use music it gets you going. On return have a shower and a breakfast, THEN straight on to your work. Do as much as you feel you can. Then chill, do the same the next day until your work is done.

yes, go and have ur drink with ur mates, then in 5-10 years time when ur sitting on a low income in an overpriced bedsit with a candle and a pot noodle, u can think back to those heady days of drinking and think, 'maybe i should have put a bit more work in'

I have troble concentrating with my coursework at the moment the same reason what you have said but also my sister has just got evicted and her, her bloke and 2 children, jack 6 and elishe nearly three they are little brats.
