It could also be afrikaans, "totsiens liefde," which means "goodbye, love" or "goodbye, my love". Totsiens literally means "until we see each other again".

"Totsien" (or more correctly, tot ziens) is the Dutch/Afrikaans equivalent of "au revoir" and "lieftse" is an endearment. So it could be translated as "au revoir,darling!"

I think its Dutch (although "totsien" also seems to be a Finnish word")

"Totsien lieftse" is like "See you later darling" or "See you soon my dearest"
