I do stretching and toning and core muscle trianig nearly everyday. and I try to walk at least a mile . I got busy and have not been able to do this every day for about the last 2 weeks but I have still managed every other day. I am doing what time will allow me. I am not feeling as toned. my clothes don't fir the dame and my back problem has resurfaced. It just doesn't seem fair ( not that anything in life is fair) that I exercise a lot more that other people that I know that do not have a weight problem. I eat heathier choices than other people I know that do not have a weight problem. why can't our bodies understand that we can't excersise all day??

Cos nothing good comes easy.

Exercising is not necessarily as a result of weight but of good health and fitness. So dont give in to the lazy life maybe you can do less but dont stop. Its healthy and its good for you and everyone who loves healthy living
