If one cheats, they lack morals, so why would they fess up?

I haven't ever cheated, but I have been cheated on. Plenty.
I know from experience that it is a lot harder for someone, when confronted with something like this.. or anything hard really, it is a lot harder for them to just come out and say "yes Ive cheated on you"... rather than to just avoid the situation completely... or to make up excuses as to WHY they did it.
They'll often find tons of small things that you might have done wrong, and build them up to be this gigantic issue, in order to validate their wrong doing... stupid, I know... and it just hurts a lot more than the truth would have initially.

I wouldn't cheat. Never have.. if I am tempted by someone else.. seriously enough that I would actually cheat on someone then I would just break up with who ever I'm dating cause obviously they're not the one for me. I would call them immediately if anything was going to happen and say it's over.

I can because I have been there and done that. I just tell my partner that I hop you will forgive me but this is what I did and why I did it. If you partner don't forgive you then find someone else that will.

i have admited to my man that i cheated.. how many times i cheated and who with.. and he is still with me.. he knows i feel bad for what i did. and that i would never do it again.

if i was to cheat no matter what the circumstances were i would break up with who ever i was with first!! i am not a cheater and i would not want to be labeled as one!!

we can't cheat, we have an open marriage. interestingly we rarely use the option at all.
