I suppose that is a question that varies from person to person-- it could interfere with sleep. Vitamins may perk up your system. Digestion takes up a lot of energy. So, if you're going to do this, you run the risk of boosting metabolism before bedtime= insomnia. Probably a few hours before bed is best, if you can't take them earlier in the day.
Organic, liquid, wholefood vitamins are the only vitamins you're body is going to fully recognize...no synthetic junk.

It's safe, they generally advise women to take them for several months before becoming pregnant, and some doctors say that all women of child bearing age should be on them. For the most part, they are the same as regular vitamins, they have more follic acid, and a bit more of some other vitamins also. Just make sure she's not taking regular vitamins and prenatals, and not taking more than the recommended dosage

When i take my vits at night I can't sleep. You may want to keep that in mind. Vits are supposed to give you some degree of energy. However your body will absorb them better at night because you are not runnig around and using up the vitamins.

I don't always eat breakfast but I most always eat dinner so I take my vitamins in the evening. years ago I was told that vitamins only start working when taken with food so, I always make sure I take it with a meal which is my dinner meal.

Yes you can, just make sure to take them with milk or eat something like crackers when you take them. Taking vitamins on an empty stomach will make you feel sick. Good luck!

I do. I think that taking them at night, an hour or so before bedtime, allows them to be more completely absorbed. Especially the water soluble ones (C, B-complex etc).

I took my prenatal vitamins at night when I was pregnant per my doctor's advise as they were making me sick to my stomach when I took them during the day.
