I think you should, if you both are at the same place at the same time every friday, that probably isn't the only thing you two have in common. Start talking to her and making conversation, and hopefully it leads into something more. Good Luck!

sure why not? the worst that can happen is she has a bf or something. it's just a date, i'd do it & if someone asked me out in a random place like that i'd be flattered and i'd have a hard time saying no :)
