I would highly suggest going to the local walmart and pick up a simple costume, that is warm and fuzzy. I have two girls that are now 4 and 5 and they both freeze every year. Dress warm. good luck

Last year my daughter was around that age. I saw a mouse ears headband at walmart. They were gray and pink, and she just happened to have a gray & pink sweatsuit. I found some gray shoelaces, cut a piece for a tail, and pinned it to the back of her pants. Colored the tip of her nose, added a few lines on her cheeks for whiskers, and away we went, trick or treating!

What ever you love and take LOTS of pictures to look back at later. For my daughters first halloween she was a frog, her second a ballerina, and this year a fairy!
