Well it is an ugly answer but it works fast.
Mix a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water. Take the water to the bathroom and make yourself throw up in the toilet. When you are finished drink 1 glass of tap water to clean your throat out, then drink the baking soda water. The purpose of the baking soda is to nutralize the left over stomach acid in the lining of your throat so you won't get a sore throat.
After about half an hour rest eat something with some fat in it like a cheeseburger you will feel awful while you eat it but shortly after you will feel much better. Fatty foods absorb and slow the release of alcohol into your system.
Cabbage helps too, even raw cabbage juice. cabbage was used by the Romans as an antidote to alcohol, believing it counteracted intoxication and prevented, or reduced, a hangover. This concept has some validity since cabbage aids in the breakdown of toxins in the liver. Charcoal tablets from health food stores help too.
If you still have a headache, it is because the alcohol dehydrated you, drink water or something with electrolites like gatorade.
good luck! next time eat a fatty meal first and drink a glass of water between glasses of wine :-)

Don't drink cheap red wine. Seriously, even good red wine will give you a hangover and that heartburn burp syndrome. I just drink one glass and then water after that. It's deeper and more concentrated than white wine.
Drink lots of water and eat high starch foods like dry toast and rice and sleep it off. In the future, drink less of it and start drinking water after your last drink and all throughout the night.

First off drink LOTS of water if you need to puke then get it over with you will feel tons better, then eat something greasy with a high fat content~ bacon, eggs, french fries, a big fat burger, pepperoni pizza, and then take and Advil or Tylenol, and then try to get some rest. I also like Chicken top ramen and Sprite.

But may have to wait until next time. Most of the stuff you might not have on hand.
However try Midol and Gatorade.
