I would choose the one with out the lock. There are ways and means of jamming in a door but poo build up.... no thanks!
Hope that answes your question. Actuallly im dying for a poo right now but i need to wait 10mins before I can leave my desk (on reception - oh the perils of a receptionist!)

These public cubicles are so bloody cramped I'd go for the one without the lock, then I can keep it closed with my foot.

Definitely no lock, you can always put you foot against the door but walking out without flushing is bad, especially if there is a queue!!

I'd use the one without the lock. If someone tries to enter while i'm using the stall, i'd just block the door with my hand. At least when I'm done, I can finally flush that stinkin' mess!

If you choose the one with no lock on the door, keep your foot against it. I couldn't imagine anything worse than a stranger, or child, walking in on you while you're wiping your crack.
If you choose the unflushable, make sure no-one's waiting next in line before you come out. (Red face alert).
Have you thought about finding a local pub/restaurant/petrol station instead?

I deal with the exact problem in the girls bathroom at school. I always choose the one without the lock, because I can prop one foot against it.

Go to the one that flushes and make sure no-one gets in.
