I was exactly like you. Until I got pregnant with my first child, the most I weighed was 97 lbs (and I am 5"1'). I worried about belly also, but now that I look at all the models and young girls - everyone has a little pooch of belly normally. You can strengthen the muscles over it with abdominal exercises and get it some flatter, but especially on women a little belly is not only normal but desirable. Don't worry. Eat sensibly, exercise moderately, and ENJOY life.

Know if you need to lose weight
Health specialist use a measure called BMI, short for Body Mass Index. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. This gives a good measure of your total body fat. BMI compares your height and weight. It shows if you are underweight, at a healthy weight, or overweight.
You know how many pounds are there in 1 kg. Do not know let me help you, it is 1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds. Check out what your BMI is by using the BMI calculator.
http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/adult_BMI/english_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator.htm
BMI Category
Below 18.5 Underweight
Between 18.5 - 24.9 Healthy Weight
Between 25 - 29.9 Overweight
Over 30 Obese
Look at the BMI chart to find out how much weight you need to lose to move from obese to overweight or from overweight into a healthy range. Knowing this can help you set a good weight loss goal.

Technically you should be between 104-118. You're UNDER weight for your height and age.
You have absolutely NO need to worry. You could use a few pounds. Just eat healthy. Like someone else said, don't starve yourself.

You're fine. Healthy and better eating is always a good choice, but mostly 'cause it helps you feel better. a few extra ponds won't hurt you. Moderate exercise done regularly would distribute the added weight and keep you from experiencing the dreaded bubble belly you so very much seem to fear. Personally, I like big girls so long as they're healthy.

Do you sense typical? Do you sense undesirable? merely using fact the government has particular policies on top and weight each and every physique remains a guy or woman. think of approximately it, if a 320 offensive lineman can do the failings he does at his weight is he out of shape? yet whilst somebody is two an prolonged time previous 6'0" and weighs a hundred and eighty kilos yet not at all does something actual is he in shape? it extremely is all in the way you sense.

You may need to gain a few pounds. I'm 5'2 and workout 6 days a week and weigh 112 lbs...and trust me you wont get a bulge...just eat healthy...please dont starve yourself...eat fruits, veggies, wheat bread, chicken, fish...cut back on your salt intake...drink alot of water...and you'll be fine.
