Is the Government an Evil Empire driven by people who have evil motives yet put on a facade that they are all great and wonderful for the people, in the meantime creating wars and destabilizing the world while sending innocent people to fight in the Hell's they create for their own benefit of money and power over the people.

Are the motives and actions behind governments actually not for the peoples interests but for their own self interests? With the people who control the government being the Elite who create and decide on wars, while the regular people suffer under their bombs and guns on either side - those being bombed and those being shipped off to fight and kill. Are the government's actually convincing people that they are fighting for the citizens, when in actuallity the government's real interest is to have people fight for nobody but the government and their own interest so they can continue their dominance?

Are people being fooled into fighting for an Evil Empire?

I will agree with you if you replace "Government" by "Islam"

Ah, such delightful rhetoric... though I MUST give kudos for spelling, grammar, and vocabulary... (did he steal this from Karl Marx ?)

Since you seem so opposed to "Government", please do the following:
1) Stop driving, the government built your roads
2) Disconnect your power, water, and telephone, government regulates them.
3) Don't accept Medicare or ANY services provided to you by the government.
4) Withdraw your children from school unless they are in a private school you are paying for.

I sense your "rant" is anti-American... fine.

I can tell you ONE thing truly wrong with American Government... the apathy of "we the people".

With less than 50% of the people voting... and those that DO vote being 60% divided along party lines... and the other 40% being independent, swing voters... that means that FIVE PERCENT of the eligible population actually select our government: therefore our policys!!

Nothing I love more, that listening to folks in my local bar rant, whine, and debate... and then asking if they're registered to vote !! About 20% usually aren't... and among those who ARE... again... only 50% vote.

You get what you deserve

It is not government but religion. Bush keeps saying things about God and Christianity. Whilst he says 'America' a few times in relation to Iraq, he repeatedly links the war to God.

Take religion out of politics and peace must surely follow!

Problem is , governments are made up of humans .
Humans are seldom completely sane and always want something , even if it belongs to someone else .

Great insight. I'm surprised you even got that question on board. It could disappear at any time though. Don't be surprised. To bad we won't be able to see all the answered. I know some will get nipped in the bud. (;-}
