Hes a celebrity and also a world athlete, dont forget before he was an actor he was a body builder. Im pretty sure he had a visa so that he could travel to compete. He must of gotten married and got his citizenship from his wife. Now this is just me thinking out loud. I could be wrong.

you do not need citizenship to work. a study permit, a green card, work permit all allow you to work in most jobs. exception in the usa, police and law enforcement any us federal jobs and the us president. some elected positions in the usa do not require natural birth in the usa to run for office. only the us presidential office requires that.

Anyone can come here and stay if they get an immigration visa. You don't need to be a citizen to live here permanently.
