The Americans consume more goods and services because of relatively elevated amount for-understood of land, biological water, energy and resources in comparison to the Chinese . To catch up a standard of European medium life (12,310 dollars for-understood per year) or American (26,000 dollars for-understood per year) appear not realistic for the greater part of the Countries, because of the series deficiencies of the natural resources of base (PRB, 1996). This does not imply that the Countries develop to you and in via of development they cannot use the own resources with greater efficiency of how much are making at the present moment, for means of the implementazione of political and appropriate technologies.

Your question is so befuddled that I am not sure what you are asking. We are not to the limit of our national resources, for example, a new gas reservoir has been uncovered that has billions of cubic meters of natural gas and there are other potential areas yet to be explored. The only natural resource that we are likely to be short on is coal and the other more powerful shortage will be food as countries such as India and Indonesia do not have an effective birth control program...the number of people will exceed the food supply. China uses 8% of the oil produced in a year, while the US uses about 25% but China is almost equal in food production in many crops. and is now the third largest contributor of food aid to other countries and even donated to the Katrina disaster. The oil situation is one caused by politics, not the lack. The availability of minerals is about the same as it has been in the last hundred years. Wood is a different matter and the deforestation is caused by greed, not lack of land, fertility or space. So how can you say we are at the limit of our resources. Yes, some mines are worked out...but in 1849, the gold rush vanished because the gold wasn't there in the quantities predicted and neither was the coal. Do a little reading about the production of minerals and you will see an increase in output. Will we run out? Perhaps at sometime in the future but that date is still far away.
