My girlfriend told me she had a dream where I caused her to cry a river and that I broke her heart. She told me she would give me the details later. Could it mean she's worried about something?

It seems like a trust issue. In her subconscious mind, you are not to be trusted and that is why she projected that you broke her heart.
Yes, of course, the detail of the dream will be better to interpret exactly what is on her head. But overall, she may be stressed and has some issues about trust. Remember, that is her dream, nothing to do with you unless yo are not faithful to her and she saw it. That may cause her to dream. Otherwise, it is something that comes out from her subconscious mind that she needs to fix.

The dream is not so strange as dropping a tip bit and making you wait for the remainder. Leaves you hanging on the edge guessing. .... Girls playing games.... or is she just dreaming like the rest of us do every night. I dream of many things and not once has it been or relevence to the real world.
PS Girls just worry far too much. if you picked up after everyone you would have no time for anything else in life.

go to google.com and type in dream dictionary. from there, you can find and search crying, river, broken hearts, heart, breaking up, etc. it could mean that she scared of going to the next level or that you could possibly want to break up with her. just tell her you dont need details and that, if you really do, you love her. just calm her mind. unless, there is a reason of why she should be thinking those thoughts??

To see someone else crying in your dream, may be a projection of your own feelings onto someone else. If you do not cry in your waking life, then seeing someone else cry may be a little easier to deal with then seeing yourself cry.
To wake up crying, represents some suppressed hurt or previous trauma that is coming up to the surface. You can no longer suppress these emotions. They need to be dealt with head on.
To dream that no one hears or responds to your cries, represents your helplessness and difficulties and frustrations in trying to communicate with others. You feel that your words are falling on deaf ears. Perhaps your dream is telling you to be more vocal and work harder to get your point across.

Yes, she's worried that you've been messing her about and broke her heart.
Be honest with her when she gives you the third degree ... and if you have cheated on her, tell her. At least then you know you've been honest (eventually) and that she was right to have a worrying dream

Yeah she's probably worried about something. Maybe she thinks that she can't trust you or maybe she's worried about something that has nothing to do with you and it just came out as you in her dream.

You can't or she can't control her dreams, my wife used to have all sorts of messed up dreams about me, and wake up mad at me, years ago, I would always tell her, that dreams AREN'T real, plain and simple
