Robin WIlliams.
I realize that he doesnt do stand up very often anymore but if you see him on TV, he never has anything scripted, and is always thinking 3 steps ahead of whatever is happening, or whatever people are talking about in order to come up with really funny stuff.
He does excellent humor without having to be crude, offensive, or insulting.
