He is hurt over the breakup and lashing out at you. I would block him from your email account - or close the account and get a new address, and I would change your cell phone number. End the contact and if it escalates - call the police.

Here's the problem. He didn't want to get dumped. It's obvious that he's hurt and struggling to deal with the fact that you two aren't together anymore. What you didn't mention is how long you two were together? It makes a big difference if you are talking about someone who you were with 5 months or someone who you were with for 3 years. If you are in the months, then he's very obsessive and needed to get dumped. All I have to say is "Run." If you two were together for years, then you need to understand that breaking up like this, is killing him inside. Now that you have dumped him, he feels like you've destroyed his life and will probably do anything to get revenge on you. So be careful. But if you want to get back with him, then just get back with him and save yourself the bullshit.

Umm, he's acting like this because he is upset. Wouldn't you be upset if your b/f dumped you. He's just acting out of anger. Just continue to ignore him from this point on. He'll probably keep harrassing you and if he does, start by changing your cell phone number and delete his emails without reading them.

I can't stand guys who act like that. If you get back together with him, it will never be the kind of relationship you want to have. If he keeps harassing you, tell him you'll call the police-- and then do call them if he keeps messing with you. When a guy acted like that towards me I did end up calling the cops on him. He left me alone after that.

It sounds to me like he is just mad because you broke up with him. I am a girl but i know thats how some guys are. some guys get mad when a girl beaks up with them because it makes them seem weak and they think there friends will tease them about being dumped. I hope I helped you and good luck I hope he stops being that way.

Don't bother replying to his messages or contacting him. He sounds like a very nasty piece of work. Just ignore him and get on with your life. Good luck

I think he's just very hurt and this is his "macho" way of getting back at you. Just ignore him. If it continues and becomes a real nuisance, tell him you are saving all the voice mail and will get a restraining order.

If he's acting like that, then i think you got out just in time. Be really careful with how you deal with this situation. If you can, i suggest that you block him from your phone and yahoo. The guy's crazy!!

He's insecure, immature, etc. He also appears to be controlling. Definitely change your cell number, home number, etc. if this thing gets out of control.
If it does get out of control, call the authorities.
