uhhh, nasty situation there, but babyoil or any type of oil on the head will rid head lice immediately, bugs cannot live in oil.

Rid or Nix shampoos work good. Also, putting mayo on your head and covering with Saran Wrap for an hour will kill adult lice. Also be sure you either bowl or throw away all hair brushes, bows, etc. Wash linens in hot water. Put pillows and stuffed animals in trash bags and seal tightly for 2 weeks to kill lice and eggs. Or throw away and buy new ones. Also spray Rid or Nix spray on furniture such as mattresses or sofas and in your car, then vaccuum.

I have had results on my children with A200 shampoo bought from the drug store. There are other shampoos for lice at the drug store also.

whatever you use, be sure to get the nits (eggs) off the hair shaft!!
